Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

Simply add your favorite kits to the cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your shipping and payment details. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with all the details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments through PayPal, Klarna, and major credit/debit cards.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so if you need to make changes or cancel, contact us as soon as possible.

We’ll do our best to help, but if the order has already been processed, you may need to return it once received.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide!

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location but typically take 5-7 business days, but we reserve up to 8-15 business days for all parcels to arrive globally.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping when you purchase two or more kits.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, you’ll get a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.

What happens if I don’t pick up my package?

If your package is unclaimed and returned to us, a fee of $20 USD will be charged to cover handling costs.

Do I have to pay customs duties?

Shipping items directly from our supplier outside the EU means that the shipment may sometimes be subject to import VAT and customs duty. This does not occur very often, but if you receive a notification via Postnord to pay import VAT, please inform us so we can look into it further.

Returns & Refund

What is your return policy?

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. The items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How do I start a return?

Email us at info@ncwmedia.shop with the subject “Return” and let us know why you’d like to return the product. If the item is defective, please attach a photo.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the product is defect, we will of course cover eventual return costs.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive your return, we’ll process the refund within a few business days. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
